Navigate to [https://crm.automatebusiness.com/apps](https://crm.automatebusiness.com/apps)

Go to **Settings** in your app.

Navigate to the **Channels** section.

Click on **Stage Templates**.

**Select the pipeline** for which you want to configure WhatsApp messages.

Edit each stage for which you want to send an automated WhatsApp message.

Select the respective WhatsApp message template.

Map the values for the template variables.

Turn on the notification toggle and click Save.

Go to the Leads section.

Move any lead to the next stage of the pipeline.

The lead will instantly receive a WhatsApp notification.
