Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to the **"Tenant Management"** dropdown under "Administration on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant"**

Click on **"Bulk Action"** dropdown on the right side of the screen

Click on **"BULK EMAIL"**

Upon the click on "**Bulk Email"** the screen will show up like this

Tick mark the box on the **"Select Tenants From Dropdown".** **This slide & the last one shows to exclude the tenants with the future move-in dates**

Click on **others fields** as circled in the snippet

And finish up by clicking on "**Send Email**" on the top right side of the screen to complete the process
