How to Send Leads Directly to Businesses

With the new ability to add an email field to each map point, Proxi’s Point Inquiry feature can now send viewer inquiries straight to the business or point contact.

Proxi

Navigate to your map.

First: Add Point Contact Email as Custom Field

Click Apps.

Click Advanced Crowdsourcing Settings.

Click Activate.

Click Advanced Crowdsourcing Settings.

Click Form Fields and Logic.

Click Add Custom Field.

Click the Field Type dropdown.

Click Email Address.

Rename the field.

We suggest "Point Contact Email"

Click Add to Form.

Now the field will appear in Spreadsheet.

Assign email addresses to the new Point Contact Email column.

Click Save.

Second: Activate Point Inquiry

Click Apps.

Click Point Inquiry Form.

Click Activate.

Click Point Inquiry Form.

Adjust the fields you would like to be required.

Change the Destination Type

Select Custom Field Email.

Select the custom email field you created.

Toggle to Point Form On.

The map viewer can click 'Inquire Now'.

When they submit their details the Point Contact will receive them.
