How to Send a Quote and Convert to Invoice

Once a Quote is ready to be sent to the customer, click on "Quote Action"

Click "Email Quote to Customer"

Click "OK"

Click "OK" again

Once the Quote has been sent to the customer, the customer will receive an email with this link attached to it. They would then click the link to be redirected to the estimate

The customer will read through the Quote to verify it is what they are looking for and then place their initials on the "Customer Agreement" section of the Quote

Once the customer places their initials on the Quote, they will click on "Approve" to approve the quote.

Should they not agree with the contents of the Quote, they can click on "Revise" and type up their comments in the pop up that appears

Once the comment is typed up, click "Send" to have the Sales Rep revise the Quote in accordance with your statement

Click "View Invoice" after successfully approving the Quote to be redirected to the Invoice

You will redirected here to view the Invoice

You can "Send Receipt" to the customer for any balance due

To be able to send the Invoice to the customer, click on "Invoice Actions"

Click on "Send Via Email" or "Send Custom Email" to send this invoice to the customer
