How to Set Permit and Plate Limits in the Offstreet Dashboard

Navigate to<https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard>

Click the "Permits" dropdown menu.

Click "Permit Types"

On the Permit Types page, you can filter the list by Location or Tenant to narrow your results. You can also use the search bar to find a specific Permit Type by name.

Click the desired Permit Type to open and view its details.

This will take you to the Permit List view. From here, click the "Settings" tab to open the permit settings page.

Scroll to the "Rules" section and click "Edit"

By default, Permit Limits are set to Unlimited and Plate Limits are set to 1. The Permit Limit controls how many active permits a tenant can have at one time. The Plate Limit (up to 4) controls how many license plates can be added to a single permit for drivers with multiple vehicles. Only one license plate can be valid at a time per permit, so if multiple plates are listed and more than one vehicle is parked simultaneously, any additional vehicles may be cited.

Update these values as needed, then click "Save"

Once saved, the updated limits will immediately appear in the "Rules" section, confirming your changes have been applied.
