**Olathe Public Schools teachers and staff members:** If you currently use your OPS email address for your child's school communications, you will need to contact their school and change your email address to a personal email. **Canvas Teacher and Observer accounts cannot use the same email address.**

Open the App store or Google Play store on your mobile device. Search, "Canvas Parent". Tap **Install**.

Once it has installed, tap **Open**.

Tap **Find my school**.

Type "Olathe" or "Olathe Public Schools". Tap **Olathe Public Schools - Parents**.

Tap **Forgot Password?**

Enter the email address associated with your child's school. Tap **Request Password**.

Your request has been sent. Tap **Back to Login**.

Navigate to your email app and locate the password reset email from Instructure Canvas. Tap **Click here to set a new password**.
