How to Set Up an Ed Fund Ramp Account (2026 CE Reimbursement)

**IMPORTANT**: You will be set up as a vendor in Ramp so we can issue your reimbursement payment directly to you. Please review this guide for step-by-step instructions on how to complete your account setup and vendor profile. Please be sure to have the following documents handy in order to complete your Ed Fund Ramp Account set up. - Bank account information for ACH direct deposit 💵 - Account number - Routing number

Register or log in to your [MyEdFund ](https://theedfund.org/myedfundportal/)member portal. Navigate to **Available Programs.**

Click on **Apply** for the **Continuing Education - CE Reimbursement** program.

Carefully read through the application page on eligible request types for CE Reimbursement and program guidelines. Then, click **Next.**

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from the Ed Fund confirming your request for a Ramp account.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an invitation email to complete your learner/vendor details and set up your Ramp account. This account is where you will submit your CE Reimbursement requests and track the status of the payments. In the email, click on **Submit Information.**

On the next page, you will see "Add payment details" and will be asked to submit ACH (Direct deposit) information so that the Ed Fund can process direct deposits. Click “ACH Direct Deposit.”

**Please note: we do not currently support "Check by mail."** All CE Reimbursement payments will be sent out via ACH Direct Deposit.

Please enter your bank account information for ACH processing. Update the "Business type" to **Individual.**

Click “Save” after filling out the information.

Click continue.

You will be asked to create an account on Ramp to track payment status. 1. Please "Create account with Google" **or** fill out the fields to complete your profile. 2. Click "Create Account."

On the next page, use the following fields to fill out your Vendor profile and Business information: Company name: **Your Name** **IMPORTANT:** Discoverable to new customer must be turned on to connect your Ramp account to The Education Fund.\ \ Business type: **I'm a sole proprietor or independent contractor**\ Industry: **Hospital & Healthcare** Then, click **Continue.**

Set up an additional layer of security by selecting one of the options. We recommend “Phone Verification” as an easier option. 1. Enter the code received on your cell phone. 2. Click “Complete your vendor profile” – there should not be any additional information needed. Your Ramp profile has been completed. You will not need to enter this information again unless you are updating your banking or tax details.
