**IMPORTANT**: You will be set up as a vendor in Ramp so we can issue your reimbursement payment directly to you. Please review this guide for step-by-step instructions on how to complete your account setup and vendor profile. Register or log in to your [MyEdFund ](https://theedfund.org/myedfundportal/)member portal. Navigate to **Available Programs.**

Click on **Apply** for the **Continuing Education - CE Reimbursement** program.

Carefully read through the application page on eligible request types for CE Reimbursement and program guidelines. Then, click **Next.**

A confirmation screen is displayed with additional information on next steps and links to resources to help you set up your account. An email from the Ed Fund will also arrive in your email inbox shortly to confirm your access request and also provide the tutorials and guides that you'll need to set up your account.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an invitation email to complete your learner/vendor details and set up your Ramp account. This account is where you will submit your CE Reimbursement requests and track the status of the payments. In the email, click on **Submit Information.**

On the next page, you will see "Add payment details" and will be asked to submit ACH (Direct deposit) information so that the Ed Fund can process direct deposits. **To start, click “ACH Direct Deposit. ACH Direct Deposit information is required for all reimbursement payment.**

**Please note: we do not currently support "Check by mail" or "Ramp Card Payments."** All CE Reimbursement payments will be sent out via ACH Direct Deposit.

You can choose to connect directly to your bank via Ramp, or enter your account information manually. We recommend using the "Add manually" option to enter your bank account information.

Please enter your bank account information for ACH processing. Update the "Business type" to **Individual.**

Click “Save” after filling out the information.

Your new ACH information is displayed with your name and the last 4 digit of the account number. **Check by mail and Card Payments are not required and can be skipped.**

You will be asked to create an account on Ramp to track payment status. Your account can be created via: **Please only use Passkey or Gmail single sign-on if you are already familiar with the process. If not, we recommend selecting "More options" to set up your account with a password.** 1. If you have a Gmail account and would like to connect it to your Ramp account for single sign-on, click "Create account with Google", **OR** 2. If you choose to create an account with passkeys, enter your first and last name, and click "Create account with passkeys, **OR** 3. Click "More options" to create an account with a password.

If you choose to create an account with password, and clicked "More options", a new section will appear on the screen and ask you to enter your password.

On the next page, use the following fields to fill out your Vendor profile and Business information: Company name: **Your Name** **IMPORTANT:** Discoverable to new customer must be turned on to connect your Ramp account to The Education Fund.\ \ Business type: **I'm a sole proprietor or independent contractor**\ Industry: **Hospital & Healthcare** Then, click **Continue.**

Set up an additional layer of security by selecting one of the options. We recommend “Phone Verification” as an easier option. 1. Enter the code received on your cell phone. 2. Click “Complete your vendor profile” – there should not be any additional information needed. Your Ramp profile has been completed. You will not need to enter this information again unless you are updating your banking or tax details.

Enter your phone number, check the "Text Message (SMS)" option, and click "Send code"

You will receive a 6-digit code in a few moments, enter the code and click verify

Your account set up is complete, and you may see the OPTIONAL Setup Guide appears on your screen. You can choose to enter the additional data or dismiss the guide by clicking on the three dots on the upper right corner and select "Dismiss setup guide."
