How to Setup Flow to Send Tracking Link via WA API

Navigate to <https://strive.asia/flowbuilder> and edit the flow.

(Optional) Click on the toggle to change flow to draft. This is to avoid customer from accidentally trigger the flow.

(Optional) Delete the Send App Alert Action.

Click here, drag then let go to create a new step.

Search or scroll down then click "Create / Update Contact"

Click "Add Contact Field"

Select the "First Name" option.

Click here then select the variable which holds the name from Shopify

Example: "customer_name" The variable name could be different as it's based on what you input for the Send HTTP Request body in Shopify Flow.

Click "Add Contact Field"

Select the "Primary Phone" option.

Click here then select the variable that holds the phone value.

(Optional) Click "Add Contact Field" to update more contact field

Click "Save Action"

Click here, drag then let go to create a new step.

Search or scroll down then click "Send WA API Message"

Select the sending from device.

Select the template that you want to send out.

Select the template language.

If you want to replace the variable with merge field, you can remove the text then click on the tag icon

Select on the variable that you want to replace it with.

Search or scroll down then click "Smart Delay"

Set the delay duration.

Setup the send WA API Message by selecting the sending from, template, template language and input the variable if needed.

Click this icon to duplicate the action.

Connect the actions.

Make the changes if needed then click "Save Action"

Once you have setup finish the flow, click "Save" or wait a while then it will auto save the flow.
