How to Setup Shopify Flow

**Install Shopify Flow:** (if you have done this, you can skip to view step 4)\ Navigate to <https://admin.shopify.com/store/>

Click "Apps"

Type "Flow", click on it then click Install.

**Creating Shopify Workflow:**\ Click "Create workflow"

You can paste the prompt written in below.

Sample prompt:\ I want to create flow when fulfilment created > check if order tracking number and tracking url s not empty > check if metafield notify value is true > if notify value is false, send HTTP request > update metafield notify value to true

Click here.

Click "Preview" then it will setup the flow for you.

Click this button to close the right sidebar.

If there is no data shown, you can setup the flow first then only press "Send Test Data" and "Record event"

For the first condition, it should look something like this.\ This checks if the tracking number and tracking url has value.

It should connect True to the next action.

For the second condition, this is to check if the metafield notify is true. If true means the send HTTP request to Strive was sent previously so no need to send HTTP request again.

If the variable shown is wrong, you can click on this "Change variable" then select on the right variable.

Input the URL from Strive

To get the url, view on the flow Workflow Trigger

Update the Headers. 1. Change the value for content type to follow according to the Workflow Trigger. 2. Add in the flowbuilder key and value.

It should look something like this.

You can click this icon to copy the HTTP body generated.

Paste the copied HTTP content.

Click here to close the right sidebar.

For the Update order metafield, ensure that it's using the right variable. If it's incorrect, click on the metafield dropdown.

Click on the metafield that you have created.

Ensure the value set is "true"

Click "Add to store"

Click "Turn on workflow"

Click "Turn on"
