How to Share Documents with All Tenants in a Property?

Log into the Admin Portal

Click on "Document Management" under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "Add New Document" on the far top right under user email address

Or modify an existing document by clicking on the "Edit" icon [[modify an existing form]]

It will redirect to the "Document/Details" page. Fill in the empty fields

Fill the details "Title", "Keywords/Tags", "Category", "Status", "Related Property" & "Description". Make sure there is no "Expiration Date"

Click on "Browse" under "Document Form"

Make sure to Tick "This document is approved"

Make sure "This document is private" is unchecked

Click on "Submit"

The document will be visible under in the "Shared Documents" section in the tenant portal as you can see from this snippet
