How to Share a Note with your Team in Chartnote

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share a note with your team in Chartnote, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Make sure you are on your team's context

Click on the three dots of the note you want to share

Click "Share"

Click "Share with..."

Click this dropdown to select share with "Member". You can share with one or more team members, a group, or the whole team.

You can grant view-only access or permission to edit your note

Search for the team member(s) you want to share your note with

Click "Save"
