How to Sign Up for CareerConnect as an Employer

Navigate to [https://humber-careerconnect-csm.symplicity.com/](https://humber-careerconnect-csm.symplicity.com/)

Click "Employer Contacts".

Click on "Sign Up".

Type the name of your organization. NOTE: if you are a recruitment company and you are hiring on behalf of another organization, please register as your recruitment company; once you are approved into the system, you will be able to post on behalf of other companies.

Please provide your GST/HST/Charitable number.

Please provide a minimum of two to three sentences; you may copy-paste this section directly from your company website.

Select the industry that your organization falls under.

Select the type of organization.

Select the approximation of how many employees are with your organization.

Please provide the company website.

Click the "Choose file to upload" field to upload your company logo.

Please fill out the contact section with as much information as possible. NOTE: our Employer Guidelines do not permit for account sharing. Each employee will need to have their own account, and must not share their login information with anyone else. As a result, please do not provide contact information for a team; please only provide contact information for yourself.

Please ensure that you are providing a company email and not a personal email (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, etc.).

Please fill out the address section with as much information as possible. NOTE: please provide the company's address and not your personal address.

Select whether you have WSIB coverage or not.

Select all the services you are interested in.

Select whether you are a Humber Alumni or not. If you are, please follow steps 18 to 21. \ If you are not, please skip to step 22.

If you selected "yes" for the previous section, please select your program by clicking the "Add..." button.

Find your Faculty and click on the grey arrow.

Select your program from the Faculty list.

Click "Done" to save your changes.

After you've read the terms and guidelines, check the box to confirm and agree.

Click "Submit" to finish your registration.
