How to Sign Up for Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences Using a Desktop Browser

Step 1: Sign-In to ParentSquare

Go to [www.parentsquare.com/signin](http://www.parentsquare.com/signin). Log into your ParentSquare account. Click "Home."
Step 2: Find Your Child's Teacher's Conferences Post

Find the Parent-Teacher Conferences posts from your child's teacher. The post will start with the Teacher's Last Name, followed by "Parent-Teacher Conferences" and the Dates in which the Conferences will occur. See the example below.

Click "Read More" to expand the post and open the appointment slots.
Step 3: Sign Up for a Conference with Your Child's Teacher

Scroll down and look for a time slot that works for you. Note the room number.

Click "Sign Up" to the right of the slot you would like to book. *Please ensure you choose only one sign up slot per child per family.

In the note field, please add your child's name so the teacher knows who the conference is for. If you are also opting to attend a virtual meeting with the teacher, please type in VIRTUAL as well. The teacher will send you a Google Meet link closer to the conference date.

Click "Save" to book the appointment.

Your name appears in the slot you have booked. If you need to cancel/reschedule your slot, click the trash can to delete the booking.
Where Do I Find My Appointments?

To track your appointment bookings, click "Home". Hover over the left side menu labeled "Participate." Click "Sign Ups & RSVPs."

On the right side of the screen, find the post from your child's teacher in the "Sign Ups & RSVPs" area. Click on the post to open it.

Scroll down to see your booking.
