How to Sign Up for a Personal TTBizLink Account

This user guide provides the steps to register for a new TTBizLink Account for an Individual. Your account must first be registered before you can proceed to apply for e-Services and register your organisation with TTBizLink. After you submit your application it will be reviewed by ttconnect and you will receive a notification email with a decision.

If you do not have a TTBizLink ID, click "Create now" to access the application for a new TTBizLink account.

Verify that you have the required Checklist Documents. Then Click "Next"

A blank application form is displayed with eleven sections. First click on the User Information section to view the fields to be completed. Enter details such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number and E-mail Login. Enter information in all mandatory fields. Note that the email provided will be the same that must be used to login if your application is approved.

Next click on Self Identification to upload a "selfie" of yourself showing a form of National Identification.

Click the button to select and upload the appropriate file from your computer.

Next click on the Identification Details section to view the fields to be completed.

Enter the identification registration numbers for at least two forms of identification documents. These documents must be valid and are to be uploaded in the next section. Once completed move to the next section.

Click the button to select and upload the appropriate files from your computer. In the example below we are uploading a Driver's Permit and a National ID. Please pay attention to the file size and file types requirements.

You must upload at least two forms of valid identification documents. The identification documents to be uploaded should correspond to the identification document numbers provided in the previous section. Once completed move to the next section.

Click on the Assigned e-Service section to view the default e-Services automatically assigned to you. Review and move to the next section.

Click the Requested e-Service section to view and request e-services not assigned to you by default.

Steps 13 – 16 only applies to Customs Clerks and Brokers who require e-Goods Declaration access. Navigate to step 17, if not applicable.

In the example below, click the e-Goods Declaration checkbox. Supporting information must first be verified by ttconnect before the e-Service will be assigned.

Once the e-Service is selected, enter the applicable Declarant No.

Click on the E-service Documentation section to view the fields to be completed.

Click the button to select and to upload the required files. Declarants of Grade II, III or Brokers are to upload their valid Customs Badge/Receipt in the Customs Badge field. If you are operating under another declarant’s badge number, you are required to upload a valid Declarant Customs Badge, Declarant National ID and Declarant Authorisation Letter. Once completed move to the next section.

Step 17-18 applies to users that want to share their registration data to a system linked to TTBizLink. You may consent to share your registration data to the Port Community System (PCS) in the event that you are granted access to the PCS as member of an organisation or you register as an independent road carrier/haulier. Navigate to step 19, if not applicable.

Click the Linked Systems section to consent to share your TTBizLink registration data to a linked system.

Once the system is selected, complete the applicable fields. Additional fields may appear, based on your selection. A PCS user account will be created for individuals who consent to share their registration data with the PCS once they are added as a TTBizLink organisation member and granted access to that organisation’s PCS account. Independent hauliers will be issued both a personal PCS organisation account and a corresponding user account.

Click Notification to view the fields to be completed.

Enter notification details as applicable. Click the checkbox "Same as user details" if notification details are the same as those provided in the User Information section. Once completed move to the next section.

Click the Disclaimer Documentation section to view the fields to be completed

Upload a signed Terms and Conditions Agreement document. To access the Terms and Conditions Agreement click on the Terms and Conditions Agreement link. Carefully review the Terms and Conditions, print, physically sign and re-upload the document.

After uploading, click the check box to confirm agreement with the Terms and Conditions Agreement. Once completed move to the next section.

All the entered information can be reviewed in the Summary Section.

If there are no changes, click "Submit".

A confirmation message is displayed to indicate the application is submitted and a reference number is provided.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to the notification e-mail provided after the application has been submitted. Another e-mail will be sent after the new account has been approved for password creation. Users that complete the Linked Systems section will also receive a confirmation email.
