Click "Action Plans"

Click "Click Here to Submit"

From the side panel, click the action plan summary field and type in your response.

Type your summary in the space avaiable.

Next click in the action plan implementation field and type your response.

Click "Save"

Exit out by clicking the X in the upper right corner.
