How to Submit Proof of Attendance

To submit proof of attendance, please login to your CSCB account and click on **My Designations** and then **Activities Approved for Points/Credits.**

**To search for an event,** please make sure to start the search with an **\***. This will ensure that any of the words in your expression will be searched for. *For eg. when searching for CARM, type in \*CARM. This will produce all records that include the word CARM.*

Once you find your event, click on its title.

You will see the description of the event and a link to registration, if available.

If you've attended this event, click on **Submit Proof of Attendance** button.

Please attach screenshots of presentations or 'thank you for attending' email in a word or PDF format, and click on the **Submit** button.

When you submit, you will see a confirmation message. Once reviewed and approved, points/credits will be added to your account. You will also receive a confirmation email.
