How to Submit Warfighters Ambassador Yearly Engagements on the Member Hub

To maintain your status as a Move United Warfighters Ambassador, we ask that you meet the following requirements: \-Background Check: Renew every five years. \-Sport Protection Policy & SafeSport Compliance: Adherence to Move United's policies. \-Ambassador Engagements (5 total): Actively participate in at least 3 official Move United Ambassador roles (designated by Move United) or veteran-related engagement annually. Additionally, Ambassadors must complete a minimum of 2 Move United Ambassador Training Sessions. The instructions below will help you submit the 5 Ambassador Engagements.

Navigate to[https://hub.moveunitedsport.org](https://hub.moveunitedsport.org/notifications)

Log in with your email and password. Then, click "Sign In." If you don't already have an account, click "Register." If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password."

Click "Your Name" in the top right hand corner to expand the menu selection. Once expanded, click "My Account."

Click "Certifications"

The Certification Box will indicate whether you have not started, are in progress, or have completed the Certification. Click "More Details"

At the bottom of the page, click "Engagements" then "Add Submission"

Fill out the form and click "Save"

A textbox will alert you that you have added a submission. You need to submit the form 5 times to be considered in Good Standing for your engagements throughout the year.

You can check your progress at any time. Click "Your Name" in the top right hand corner. Then "My Account"

Click "Certifications"

Click "More Details"

Click "Engagements." A progress bar will indicate your completion percentage.

Once all 5 engagements have been completed, the certification box will indicate "Completed"

You will then be able to download a certification of completion for that year by clicking "Download Certificate".

The status, completed date, credits earned, and engagements box will all be updated accordingly.
