Navigate to [https://dickinsonstate.edu/index.html](https://dickinsonstate.edu/index.html)

Hover your cursor to Academics, and then click "Academic Records"

Select the DSU eForms tile

Click "Records Office"

Click "Continuing Enrollment"

Fill out the required information, check the box confirming that all provided information is accurate, and click "Submit"
