How to Submit a De-registration Request

Navigate to <https://registration.us.squadi.com/login>

Login to your User Profile. If you do not remember your password, select the Forgot/Reset option.

Within the Registrations Tab > Select the Three Action Dots > "Registration Change"

Select "De-register"

Answer the Prompted Questions

Select "Confirm"

Within the Registration Tab, you will see the Status of your De-registration.
How to Cancel your De-registration Request

Select the Three Action dots within the Registration Tab > Cancel De-registration
