How to Submit a File to the Turnitin Check - Test Folder and access the Similarity report

This guide shows how to submit a file to the Turnitin Check - Test Folder, in the Student Induction space. Then how to access the submission history, to view the Similarity report.

On the navigation bar, click **"Assessments"**

On the navigation bar (navbar) select Assessment link

Then **"Dropbox"**

Click **"Turnitin Check - Test Folder"**

On the Assessment Dropbox Folders page, select the Turnitin Check - Test Folder

Read the declaration and instructions, then scroll down and click **"Add a File"**

Locate the Add a File button on the Assessment submission page

Click **"My Computer"** to locate and select your file

From the Add a File pop-up window, select the location of your file

Once selected, click **"Upload"**

Then click **"Add"**, to add the file to your submission

In the "Add a File" pop-up window, click "Add"

Review, then when ready click **"Submit"**

Review your submission before clicking submit

To access the Turnitin report, click **"View History"**

From the bottom of the confirmation of submission page, click View History

Or, from **Assessments**, then **Dropbox**, click on the **submissions link**, under completion status. In this example, from **"6 Submissions, 6 Files"** link.

To return to the submission, on the navbar, select Assessments, then dropbox, then click the Submission link

From the list of submissions, click the **Turnitin Similarity Report score** to open the report.
