How to Submit a Leave Report in Banner

Access Banner by going to <https://my.alfred.edu/> , selecting "QuickLinks" and then "BannerWeb". Sign in with AU email credentials. Refer to: [How to Log In to BannerWeb](https://scribehow.com/viewer/New_How_to_Log_In_to_BannerWeb__Jyr_NVeNT5Oxu9ab2TN9bg)

Click "Employee Self- Service"

On the Employee Dashboard page, click "Enter Leave Report".

To see Calendar view, click the drop down menu and change the view from "Leave Report Period" to "Month".

Chose the desired date.

Click the "Select Earn Code" drop down menu.

Choose the appropriate Earn Code (Vacation, Floating Holiday, etc.).

Enter the desired number of days.

Click "Save"

Click "Preview"

Review Leave Report data. Be sure to check the box at the bottom of the page before selecting "Submit".
