How to Submit a Print Job at SMUSD Print Shop

Tip! Start at the SMUSD home website. Go to Departments and click on Purchasing.

Navigate to <https://www.smusd.org/purchasing-home>

Click "Staff Resources"

Click "Print Shop"

Click "SMUSD PRINT SHOP"

Click "Log In"

Tip! If this is the first time you've been to the "Print Shop" website, you will need to fill out all information and be authorized. This can take up to 24 hours to be completed.

Click on the image below depending on the service you are looking for.

For "basic copies" you will start here.

Click the "Job Name" field and give your job a name here.

Click the "# of Copies" field. Add the number of copies you need here.

Tip! The # of copies will be how many class sets times how many students per class. (ex. 5 classes of 25 students equals 125.) (Please do not multiply this by the number of sheets.) So the total number of copies would be 125. If you are only printing for one class and you have a classroom of 35 students, the total number of copies would be 35.

Click for either 1 sided or 2 sided depending on job.

Tip! The # of originals box equals the total number of printed sides.

Choose either black or color depending on your needs.

Choose the color of paper you would like your job printed on.

Move on to the "Finishing" stage.

Tip! Here is where you will choose staple, combine, laminating, etc.

Click the "If you would like class sets, please let me know how many sets and how many per set. e.g., 5 Class Sets of 35" field.

Click on the "upload file" box/button.

Click on the word "***browse***." This will open your files.

Click here to attach your file.

Click this dropdown if you have multiple chart strings.

Click here to share your "suggested due date."

Click "Submit" to send to your Administrator.

Click "Print Job Ticket" to keep a record of your job number.

This is what your job ticket will look like.
