How to Submit a Quarterly Report Online

Navigate to <https://app.myoneflow.com/CapitalRegionBOCES/oneflow/> Enter your User Name and Password and click **'Login.'**

Your enrolled student(s) will be listed. Click **'Edit'** on the student you are submitting the Quarterly Report for.

The **'Plan'** tab will be displayed. Click **'Complete Form'** on the line of the respective Quarterly Report you are submitting.

Input the number of instructional hours in the **'Total Hours'** field.

225 and 247 are the minimum number of instructional hours for grades 1-8 and high school, respectively.

If at any point you need to save the form and complete it at a later time, you can click **'Save and Close.'**

You have the option to upload the Quarterly Report or complete it online. To complete the report online, select the appropriate radio button, click **'Next'** and proceed to the next step. If you are uploading the report, select the appropriate radio button, click **'Next'** and skip to step 10.

A message will be displayed providing general guidelines for the requested information. Click **'Next.'**

Complete the form for each respective category and be sure to give a grade in the **'Evaluation'** column.

Once all the information has been entered, click **'Next.'**

A message will be displayed confirming the form was completed. Click **'Next'** and proceed to step 16.

Click **'Next.'**

Click the **'Choose Files'** button to select the file saved on your computer.

Once you've selected the appropriate file, click **'Upload.'**

Once the file has been uploaded, click **'Next.'**

A message confirming the successful upload will be displayed. Click **'Next'** to continue.

Click **'Next.'**

Click **'Submit Form'** to complete the process and notify the BOCES staff.

A **'Submit Successful!'** message will be displayed confirming the information has been updated.

Click **'Close'** to return to the Students list.

If you have additional students to submit a quarterly report for, repeat steps 2 - 18.

Email confirmation of the Quarterly Report submission will be sent to the email address that was provided upon account registration. Please note if additional information is needed, it will be included in the email notification.
