Navigate to [https://online.adp.com/signin](https://online.adp.com/signin/v1/?APPID=RDBX&productId=80e309c3-70c6-bae1-e053-3505430b5495&returnURL=https://my.adp.com/&callingAppId=RDBX)

Enter your password and click **Sign In** to access ADP.

Click on **Helpful Links**

Click "**Power Up Your Career**"

Enter your email and password, then click **Log In**. Make sure to login using your new Westgate email.

Once you log in, click in the search box and search for the position you would like to refer

Click on the desired position

Click on "**Refer a Friend**"

Complete all required fields below and check the box to confirm you have permission from the referral to submit their information. **Required fields are marked with an asterisk (\*).** Once you have confirmed everything is correct, the final step is to click **Submit**

Once your referral is submitted, it will appear in your list of referrals

If you prefer, you have the option to share the link by clicking the **Referral** link to copy it and send it via email
