How to Submit a Request on Clever Portal

Navigate to OperationsHero in Clever

Click "Create"

Click "New Request"

Click the category for a drop down menu.

While there are many options, please select "GM - General Maintenance." Our staff will edit this box to assign it to the proper category and associated technician after reviewing the request.

Under Location, choose the school or site you are requesting.

Click here.

Under Directions/Room Number, please place your room number or the closest location to a room. For example, the Hallway outside of room P?A144. Please do not use a teacher's name, but instead an actual landmark or room description if the room does not have a number (i.e. Cafeteria).

Under the section for Description/Summary, please provide as much information as possible, You can also snap a photo of the issue and upload it below.

Once you have clicked the Save Request box, your work order has been submitted and sent for approval. You will be notified by email of all changes or notes added to the work order. You may receive a message indicating the work order has been placed on hold for planning or scheduling. If you receive a "canceled" message, the work order has been denied and an explanation of why will be included in the automated email notification.
