How to Submit an ACE Support Case

You can submit an ACE Support Case to request a new/updated feature, get training, notify admins of a bug/issue or data integrity concern, or submit a question.

In ACE - from the home page or any record, you will see the plus sign icon at the top right of the screen. This is called the Global Actions menu. Click the icon to open the menu.

Select "Get ACE Support" from the menu.

In the bottom right corner, a screen will open where you can enter the details of your request. You can click the "expand" icon to move the submission screen to the center of the page.

If you need to find something in ACE to support your request, you can always minimize the screen or use the collapse option to return it to the bottom right corner.

While minimized, you can pull the request screen back up by clicking on it.

Answer the first question: **What do you need help with?** Depending on your answer, additional help text will appear.

Answer: **Who needs help?**

Answer: **How urgent is it?**

Click "Proceed" after the initial questions.

On the second screen, you will answer additional questions based on your answer to "What do you need help with?" - provide as many details as possible to assist the team with answering your question or addressing the issue.

Once you enter the additional details, submit your request in the bottom right corner.

Your case has now been submitted. You can click the link to view the case, or you can click the button in the bottom right to close the screen.

A member of the Central Services team will reach out to you about your request. You can always see the status of your request using the "My Open Cases" module on the home page.
