How to Submit an Advance Request

Navigate to [[\[https://grantsportal.cjcc.ga.gov/]] and enter your **username** and **password** and **Log In**.

Click "**Searches**"

Click "**Awards**"

Click the dropdown and select "**Grant Activated**" status.

Click "Search"

Select the "**Name**" of the grant award you're submitting a payment request for (i.e. "AW-STATE-DV26-002-002")

In the left menu, scroll down to the "**Related Documents**" section. Click "Initiate Related Doc".

Under "Available Documents" select the advance # you are requesting.

Click "Create"

Click "Proceed"

Scroll to the left and click on "Advance Request Form"

Review and Select a "Payment Method".

If notes are needed, please use the remarks box.

Check the box under agency signature.

Click "Save"

Click "Advance Payment Request Submitted/In Review"

Click ok.
