This guide helps you customise your notification preferences so you stay informed about the status of the Claude platforms you use most and how to subscribe to specific incidents via email and SMS.

Navigate to [https://status.claude.com/](https://status.claude.com/)

Click "Subscribe to Updates"

Click the "Email address:" field. Enter your email address Click "Subscribe Via Email"

All platforms are selected by default. Untick those not relevant to you. Click "Save"

You'll receive an email to confirm your subscription. (Check Junk if you don't see it) Click "Confirm Subscription". You're all done!

Check Up-Time

You can see the general Up-Time over the past 90 days.

Subscribe to a Specific Incident

If there is a live incident, you have the option to receive alerts about it. Click "Subscribe" on the Incident

Complete your email address and/or mobile number for SMS alerts Click "Subscribe to Incident" Complete the Captura You're done!
