How to Suspend a Scheduled Report in Workday

Workday

Select the "Search" field.

Type 'Scheduled Future Processes' and Select the Associated Report.

Select 'OK' to Run Report. Helpful Tip: To Narrow Down Even Further, Utilize the Prompts Below

Select the Report You Would Like to Suspend Helpful Tip: Blue is a Clue! Anything in Blue Text is a Link That will Take You to Another Page.

Select the 'Related Actions' Button

Select Scheduled Future Process -> Suspend. **Note: In Workday, a Scheduled Report Must Be Suspended Before it Can Be Deleted.**

Select "OK"

Select "Done"
