How to Terminate and Refund a Pass or Membership

Enter credentials and click "Login"

Click the "Search" field.

Type customer name [[enter]]"

Click customer name

Click here.

Click "Terminate"

Click "Terminate and Refund"

Click "Select reason"

Enter a reason for the termination.

Click "Confirm"

Click "Next"

Click the "Same as Payment Method" or "Account Credit". NOTE: If the payment method is CASH and the original transaction is today, it is ok to refund. If the original CASH transaction occurred on a previous day, do not give a cash refund. It will cause you to be short. Process the refund as Account Credit.

Click "Refund"

Select location and station.
