Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to the **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the Left Navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

Click in the **"Search**" field to search for a Tenant

Click on the "**Arrow**" icon to get into the profile

On the Tenant/Details page, scroll and go to the "**Finance**" section

Once on the Finance Section, notice the "**Credit Transfer**" option beside Credit Return

Click on "**TRANSFER**"

Choose which **Deposit you want to "Transfer Credit" to among the 3** Options given. **Select the Transaction Date, Reference Number. From Account(From where the credit amount will be paid), To Account(to where the credit amount will go)**

Click on "**Submit**'
