How to Transfer a Member on Trail Life Connect

The Troop Ministry Liaison or Troopmaster can transfer members using the Transfer Member option on the left-hand menu of Trail Life Connect; this will also **reactivate** the account if the member is currently deactivated in another Troop. \ \ This process will both **reactivate** and **transfer** the member.\ \ Navigate to <https://www.traillifeconnect.com/dashboard> and click on **Transfer Member** under **My Troop** on the left-hand menu.

The following information is required for a transfer - be sure to acquire it from the family to initiate the transfer:\ \ **Last Name**\ \ **Email or Member ID**\ \ **Transfer all members from household**\ \ Once input, click the *Initiate Transfer & Send Email* button

You'll see the message confirming that the transfer process has been initiated.

The member will receive the following email to confirm the transfer.

When the member logs in, they will see a dashboard message indicating they have been transferred to the New Troop.

You will now see the new Troop Member (and their family) on the roster.
