Login to your school gmail account.

Click the settings icon near the top right of your screen.

Click "See all settings"

Click "Filters and Blocked Addresses"

Click the checkbox next to email you want to unblock. This example shows the email address the school uses to send emails to students. You need to make sure you unblock this email.

Click "unblock"

Click "Unblock"

When you finish, you can click on Inbox to go back to your messages.
