How to Unstake pbfUSD/hbfUSD and Redeem bfUSD to USDT

This guide explains how to unstake pbfUSD/hbfUSD and redeem bfUSD for USDT. Understand the 3-epoch settlement period and choose between fee-free standard redemption or instant redemption with fees. Follow these steps to efficiently manage your BitFi assets.

Unstake pbfUSD/hbfUSD

The unstaking process requires you to initiate an unstake request first, and you can claim bfUSD after 3 epochs.

Navigate to "bfUSD" page

Click "Unstake" tab

Here you can choose a token (pbfUSD or hbfUSD) to unstake.

Enter the amount that you want to unstake.

You can check the amount of bfUSD you will receive.

Please note that once you request to unstake, you need to wait 3 epochs to claim the bfUSD.

Click "Unstake" to request to unstake hbfUSD/pbfUSD to bfUSD.

Click the "Claim" tab to check the claimable bfUSD amount.

"Pending Request" shows the bfUSD amount that is not yet claimable and requires a 3-epoch waiting period.

"Claimable" refers to the bfUSD amount that is now available to claim.

Click "Claim" to receive the bfUSD.

Redeem bfUSD

On the "CONVERT" page, click this icon to enter the redeem page.

We have two methods for redemption: - Standard: requires 3 epochs settlement, zero fees. - Instant: receive USDT immediately, fees apply.

Enter the amount of bfUSD to redeem. Note: Currently we only support redeeming bfUSD to USDT.

You can check the redemption fee here. Note: Only instant redemption incurs a fee.

Please note that once you request to redeem, you need to wait 3 epochs to claim the USDT.

Click "Request Redeem" to proceed.

If you request redemption through the \[Standard\] method, you need to claim the USDT manually.

Click "Claim"

The \[Pending Request\] shows the unsettled bfUSD amount from Standard redemption.

"Total Claimable" displays the settled redemption that is ready to claim.

Click "Claim" to claim your USDT.
