This guide provides instructions on how to navigate the ArbiterSports interface to manage and assign/remove personnel roles within your organization. Use these steps to ensure your coaching and athletic director information is accurately reflected in the system. It is key that only one athletic director is listed per school

Staff Selection

Alert! Only those with "Manage Staff" privileges can perform this function. Athletic Directors, by default, have that privilege.

Navigate to [https://www1.arbitersports.com/ArbiterGame/Schedule](https://www1.arbitersports.com/ArbiterGame/Schedule)

Click "People"

Select the staff member to edit by clicking the edit pencil.

Role Configuration

Click "My Organization"

Update the roles assigned to the staff member. You can add as many as you want in this step, and click the "x" to remove a role from that staff member (in this case, a duplicate Athletic Director)

Click "Save"

Tip! You will then see a green checkmark to the left of the "Cancel" button.

Click "Cancel" to close that window.
