How to Update Your Clubs Page on the UCSA Website

Navigate to your clubs Admin Tools

Click "Edit Details".
Tip! You Club Name on the website is one of the few things you cannot change on the website. If you'd like to update your club name email [clubs@ucsa.org.nz](mailto:clubs@ucsa.org.nz) for assistance.

To change the logo, click "Choose file" to open the file explorer and select the relevant file.

Click "Update" to add the file.
Alert! If you receive the below error message, you may need to compress the file (you can find tools to do this online), and also check that the file format is compatible with those listed.

You can enter and update or add contact methods using the relevant input fields. For Instagram, be sure to only enter the handle without the @ symbol (ie. ucsa_nz rather than @ucsa_nz.

Update the text on the page by updating the description. You can use formatting tools to make the information more visually interesting and add images.

Click "Save" to save any changes.

To navigate to the club home page, click on the club name in the top left corner.

Next, click "Go to home page".

You should be sure to check all the contact links etc. are functioning after any changes.
