How to Update your info on MembershipToolkit

Here are instructions - based on a desktop computer - that help you update your family's information on MembershipToolkit including your contact information and also, most importantly, what classes your children are in! This is important for the Room Parents to be able to communicate directly with you :) AND we have some bonus content: how to find the volunteer sign up genius!

Tip! There is an app for MembershipToolkit, so if you prefer apps to websites, search for MembershipToolkit in the AppStore or Google Play.

Have you created your account for MembershipToolkit yet? If not, go to our [How to *Create* an Account for MembershipToolkit](https://scribehow.com/shared/Creating_an_Account_on_Membership_Toolkit__ssa5UpPFT7msS7nR09-vnA?extension=true) guide.

Navigate to <https://bachpto.membershiptoolkit.com/>

If you see an option to "Update Personal Info" - click the link.

**Tip! Don't see this "Update Personal Info" button?** **As a shortcut, you can simply click**[Family Information](https://bachpto.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_step1) here to update your student's information and add additional students if needed.

Fill out any contact information you wish to add and click "Next Step>"

On this next page, you can update the grade and classroom teacher of any children you have at Bach.

When you have finished updating your family's information, click Save at the bottom of the page.

To get back to the main MembershipToolkit landing page - click "Home"

Fun fact! If you scroll down under the Register/Login link - you can click the link for Bach's [Volunteer Sign Up Genius](https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080E45A9AF2FA6F49-50627403-volunteers#/) to see what volunteer opportunities are available. This form is regularly updated, so check back anytime you have bandwidth and want to help out with Bach PTO activities!
