How to: Upload Coaching Credentials to your EA Profile

A Credential is a document or certificate such as a WWC, First Aid Certificate, Sport Integrity Certificate or other documents that are required as an EA Coach. This can also include Assessment Forms and Insurance Certificates. To upload a Credential to your profile you will need to log into your account and follow the prompts below:

Navigate to your EA profile page

Click "PROFILE" in the top left hand corner

Click "Credentials"

Select the "Safeguarding" option in the drop down menu.

Click "Add Credentials"

Click the document that you need to add to your account in this case First Aid Certificate.

Add a start date and the system will automatically assign an expiry date in 3 years.

Add the start date or date of the course

Add the name of your First Aid Provider in the box

Click "Drag file(s) here or click to upload" to upload your certificate

Below is an example of your file once it has been uploaded

Click "Save" in the top right hand corner

The Credential will show as "Pending Approval" in yellow, if you click the "Pending Approval" tab it will show all documents waiting to be approved.

Your document will sit as Pending on your file until a member of the team has approved it, then it will turn green and state Active.

Please select from the drop down list under "Safeguarding" and choose the relevant document name that you choose to upload.

To add an Insurance Certificate of Currency you need to select the "Governance" Tab instead of the "Safeguarding " Tab.

Click "Add Credentials"

Select the "Governance" option.

Click "Insurance Certificate of Currency"

Complete the information required and upload your Current Insurance 'Certificate of Currency" and click save in the top right hand corner.

Expired Documents - These can be found under Credentials and will be in Red for Cancelled or Expired. This will flag that you will need to upload a current certificate.
