How to Upload Event Results to an NCCC Sanction Number

Enter Your NCCC Number (for Chair, Governor, or RCD)

Enter the Event Password if Chair, Governor Password if Governor, or RCD Password if RCD. Each role is seperate, even if you are the same person.

If you are the chair, you will enter the sanction number, RCD and Governors can skip this step and access by "List My Events"

Click "Log in"

Governor and RCDs will see this screen and will click "List My Events.", Chairs will skip to the event screen. They can access the "List My Events" as well if they are chairing multiple events.

Governor or RCD will have to find the event they have results for, and click "Update Event"

Scroll to the bottom, click "Choose File". A Windows Explorer window will open to allow you to navigate to where you have the flyer saved on your computer. It must be a .csv. It must be named in the RR-CCC-XXXXX format. RR= Region Code, here MI. CCC = Club Code, here 046, the XXXXX can be anything you want, here I used 001-BR25RESULTSUN

Confirm correct file has been chosen

Click "Upload Event Results"

Click "Continue" on the splash screen. If you get an error here, you are using the wrong file format (must be a .csv) or the wrong file name (RR-CCC-SSS) for Region, Club, Sanction. Below this is the Michigan Region, Club 047, Sanction Number 001

Click "Import Excel Results This takes a "minute" to process the results

Once uploaded, the results will appear with no scores. If there are errors here (in yellow or failure to process, please refer to the user's guide and correct your sheet.

Scroll to verify the upload and Click "Back to Update Event Screen"

Click "Manually Input/Verify Results"

The results will be loaded with no scores Click "Validate Data Entered" to populate points

You will see the following splash screen. Click "Continue"

It will return and you will see the club points are not complete, Click "Validate Data Entered" again

You will see the following splash screen, Click "Continue"

Validate results are correct and check Number of entrants per club is accurate. Click "Back to Update Event Screen"

Select the "Approved" option.

Click "Update Event"

Verify it has indexed to the next step: Chair to Governor to RCD

Click "List My Events" to return for RCD and the Governor to select another sanction number. Chair returns to the login and enters a different Sanction number.
