How to Upload and View Attachments

In this tutorial you will see how to upload an existing attachment to a customer/job as well as the attachment tab.

Go to 'Attachments'.

You can filter the list if you would like, change the layout or search for a specific attachment.

You can also restrict attachments from users by clicking into the attachment you would like to hide > toggle on Restricted Attachment and you view them in the 'Restricted Attachments' tab.

To upload a file, click the pink three dots > upload file > select a file > upload.

You can then click into this and view the attachment, and set it to 'Public Access' if you wish (it will then create a link so that others can access it through that link).

To add an attachment to a job/customer, start by going to the work planner and selecting a job that needs an attachment.

Once you have opened that job, scroll to find 'Appointment Attachments' and click into this. Then click the pink three dots, from there you will have the option to either upload an existing attachment on Squeegee or upload a new file from your device.

For this example, starting with uploading an existing attachment on Squeegee, click the purple paperclip icon 'Select Existing Attachment' and choose which attachment you would like to add (this can be more than one). Then click 'Done'.

Now for Job Attachments, this time using the green cloud icon to 'Upload File'. Click into job attachments > pink three dots > upload file. \ Then click into the box as shown to select your file > upload.

You will then see a pink circle with a number in to indicate how many attachments are present for that job.
