Open the Meeting **Chat** *During the Zoom meeting, open the **chat** window in your meeting.*
To stop recording but still generate a report.

Type **Read Stop** *This command will remove Read from the meeting and create a report using data recorded **before** the command was entered*

Click the **Send** button
To completely opt out and delete all recorded data.

Open the Meeting **Chat**

Type **Opt Out** *This command will remove Read from the meeting and **delete all previously recorded data**, so **no report** will be generated.*

Click the **Send** button
