Click the Copilot button.

A window pane will open on the right side, and you'll have suggested prompts to choose from. You also can ask Copilot to do a number of tasks, such as summarize emails or find emails regaring a specific topic.

Likewise, anytime you are writing a new email, you can select the Copilot logo in the body of the email to begin prompting Copilot.
Coaching

Click the down arrow next to the Copilot button.\ Select "Coaching."

Coaching provides positive feedback and suggestions to improve your email. You can regenerate new responses or apply all suggestions.
Draft

Click the down arrow next to the Copilot button. Select "Draft."

Copilot will offer suggested prompts to write your email. You also can prompt Copilot for a specific response.

Once Copilot has written a draft, you can ask it to retry, make it shorter, make it longer or change the tone.
Reply

Click the down arrow next to the Copilot button. Select "Reply."

Copilot will provide suggested ways to respond. You also can prompt Copilot for a specific response.
Summarize

Click the down arrow next to the Copilot button.\ Select "Summarize." You also can select the "Summary by Copilot" button at the top of any email.

The summary gives you key bullet points and updates from people who have responded.
Prepare for Meeting

Select a meeting on your calendar. Select "Prepare with Copilot."

You will see an overview of the meeting and any tasks that need to be completed.
