How to View Group Participants' Information in the Group Toolbox

This guide explains how to view group participants' information in the Group Toolbox. Navigate to your class in the Group Toolbox.

You will see everyone in your group listed. If you have a large group, you can use the filters across the top of the page to narrow down the list of people.

While you can view some details on the person (spouse, phone, etc) within the list, there are more details to be viewed if needed. Click anywhere on the row of the person you'd like to view.

You will then see the page with the full details for the person. You can see family information, contact information, and more. You can click on the email or phone (if on a cell phone) to email or call directly from this page.

After looking at the information you need, click the back button to go back to the group list.
