How to Use the Phish Alert Button in New Outlook

When you select a message, you should see a number of icons directly above the body. The Phish Alert button will look like an envelope with a fishhook.

Select the Phish Alert button.

Select the classification of the email and select "Phish Alert" at the bottom of the panel.
Alert! If the Phish Alert button does not display above the body of your message, you will need to take additional steps to enable it.

Select the settings gear icon.

Select "Mail."

Select "Customize actions."

Select the empty checkbox next to "Phish Alert."

Select "Save."
