To configure the starburst data map, let's start by configuring the number of groups in the slider which we visualize in the starburst map.

We can use the slider to go to any number of categories in the inner circle. We'll visualize 5 here and then 10 in the next slide.

Now if we wanted to further drill into one category, we can click on a specific category in the inner circle. Here we'll filter by "Technical Support".

Now that we've filtered a category, we can see all "reasons" (Group 2 is always the outer part of the circle) Here we'll select "App Functionality Issues" to further drill into Technical Support reasons in ordering (Group 1) .

The filter settings we apply are immediately reflected in the transcripts displayed on the right side of the page, ensuring that the transcripts are consistently synchronized with the filtering applied to the starburst or any other data visualization.
