How to View "Hold for Receiving" Invoices in BruinBuy Plus

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for viewing invoices that have been placed on hold in BruinBuy Plus due to outstanding receiving.

**REMINDER**: There are three irregular invoice categories: *Matching Exceptions*, *Hold for Receiving*, and *Other Holds*. This guide solely focuses on viewing invoices in the second category. Search for Invoices on "Hold for Receiving"

From the *Accounts Payable* menu, select the **Invoices** > **Search For Invoices** hyperlink.

From the *Search Invoices* page, click the **Created Date: Last 90 days** filter dropdown menu.

Select the **All** filter option.

Click the **Add Filter** drop-down menu.

Select the **Current Workflow Step** checkbox.

**NOTE**: BruinBuy *Plus* has two "Hold for Receiving" workflow steps: - **Hold for Receiving:** Receiving is required to issue payment -- the invoice will remain in this workflow step until receiving has been completed - **Hold for Receiving - Release:** Receiving is allowed until 15 days before the invoice due date -- the invoice will automatically leave this workflow step if receiving has not occurred within this time period

To ensure your invoice search returns all relevant results, select both the **Hold for Receiving** and **Hold for Receiving - Release** checkboxes. Then, click **Apply** button.
