How to View Permit Restrictions (Locations, Days, Times)

Tip! The following steps are for Students, Faculty, and Staff Members who have already purchased their permits. It will highlight steps for viewing a map of all parking facilities your permit authorizes you to park in. Not all permits have the same access rights, thus you are encouraged to review this map to determine your specific access rights.

Click the Map button

The Map will present in a pop up. You'll notice some map markers with a # in them. The # represents a cluster of parking facilities within a small proximity of each other. Clicking on any given cluster will zoom the map, as shown on the following screen.

Click into any additional cluster to continue zooming in. Or you may click on the "P" map marker to see details about a specific location.

Click the P map marker to produce a pop up providing permit access details.

In this example, we see the permit authorizes 24x7 access Monday through Sunday. This is typical for a residence hall. Each location may have a different set of days and times your permit is allowed to park.

Click the + and - buttons at the bottom right to zoom in or out of the map.

Click this button to bring up a menu to move the map slightly left, right, up, or down.

Click this button at the top right to move to a full-screen view of the map.

While in full screen, you can click and drag, or click into any of the P map markers to see access restrictions. You may also zoom out or in with your scroll wheel.

Click this button in the top right to exit full screen mode.

Click the X to close the map.
