How to View Submitted Tickets with their Status?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on **"Submit Ticket**" under "Support" on the left navigation

Click on the "**Tickets**" beside Knowledge base on the top right side of the screen

Upon clicking on "Tickets", you can see the **Submitted Tickets with their Serial Number & Status** both Identified.
