In practical terms, it means accessing a section or feature within our system where you can see details of transactions involving rental deposits, such as dates, amounts, descriptions, and possibly other relevant information.

Log into the **Admin Portal**

Go to the "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "**Administration"** on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**" under "**Tenant Management**" dropdown

Search for the tenant by entering their details in the "**Search**" field on the "**Tenant/List**" page.

Navigate to the "**Tenant Details**" page by clicking on the **tenant's name.**

Once in the "**Tenant Details**" page, scroll down

Select the "**View Transactions**" option within the "**Rental Deposit**" section.

All transactions under the "**Rental/Security Deposit**" can be viewed here.

If you wish to close the transactions , click on "**Close**."
