How to View and Manage Your Exam Schedule as a Student

Learn how to access your upcoming and past examination details through the SchoolsFocus portal. This guide helps you navigate through your personal exam dashboard to view specific test schedules and written results.

Log into your Student Portal

Click "Exams"

To view your upcoming Exams Click "My Upcoming Exams". from here you will see the subjects that has been scheduled, date, time, venue for the exam etc.

Click "First term Exam to expand and see the exam cards

Click "Show Unwritten / Upcoming" from this same page you can see the exams you have written, the ones coming up, or you can have a full view of all of the exams in one screen.

Click "Show Written / Past"

Click on the to expand.

Click view all to see all the exams in one place.

To view all your written without going through the longer steps above, just Click "My Written Exams"

Once an exam has been written, the status changes to "Exam Already Written"

To view your exam schedule, Click "Exam Timetable"

Click "View Schedule"

From here you can view all the scheduled exams and all the information about the exam.
